This industrial audit is based primarily on field observations and staff interviews. It will identify the major areas for improvement and the implementation of an operational action plan.

The process of your diagnostic

The industrial diagnostic is managed by a team of experts in industrial performance with particular skills in operational flow engineering.

Analyse diagnostic

- Analyse des données recueillies lors de l’audit terrain
- Réalisation d’un Diagnostic des flux physiques, stocks, supply chain, qualité, maintenance,…
- Réalisation d’un diagnostic des flux d’information et interactions avec les différents services de l’entreprise, clients, fournisseurs.
- Analyse macro des modes de management (pilotage visuel, 5S, sécurité, satisfaction client,..)

Réunion de restitution

À la suite de l’audit une réunion de restitution sera organisée avec le client.
